Bowland High School has been working on a project to improve the writing skills and motivation of lower achieving boys. Incorporating new handheld technology in the classroom and involving an international rock climber and a film maker in working with the boys.
The project has certainly been thinking outside of pupils’ usual cultural and social context by making links with pupils in Eaglecrest School in Colorado.
